A broad coalition of stakeholders–which includes CPhA, as well as organizations and companies inside and outside of pharmacy–are fed up with PBMs and have been quietly working in the background to reign in PBM practices. The PBMs are attempting to kill this bill by hiring public relations companies to spin their side of the story. To balance these myths and ‘alternate facts’, we need to expand the coalition’s efforts throughout the capitol in favor of AB 315.
